Visual Design Principles

The stairs shows the consistency of margin beacause they have equal length so the alignment shown.

 The Center of Interest in this photo is the big shoe. It was highlighted and once the picture is seen it is really visible.

The harmony in the photo is present on the leaves that can be seen

The Star contrast on the background. The color can be seen easily.

“Accidental deletion of sources: Plagiarism Scandal of Associate Justice Mariano Del Castillo”

Supreme Court (SC) dismissed the plagiarism case of Associate Justice Mariano Del Castillo from the case of Vinuya et al vs. Executive Secretary, where she used three foreign authors’ works without the attributions.They defended that he did not have malicious intent.

According to an Inquirer.net report, Del Castillo’s legal researcher told them that she accidentally deleted the footnotes, and the court recognized her defense. Del Castillo also said that his computer did not have a software program that can detect plagiarism.

Below is some of the passage that was considered as plagiarized. Under the section “Freedom of Expression and Association” in the Ang Ladlad decision, the ponente wrote:

"Freedom of expression constitutes one of the essential foundations of a democratic society, and this freedom applies not only to those that are favorably received but also to those that offend, shock, or disturb. Any restriction imposed in this sphere must be proportionate to the legitimate aim pursued."

It was proved that it was a paraphrased quotes from Section 49 of the Handyside vs. United Kingdom (1979) decision by the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR):

"Freedom of expression constitutes one of the essential foundations of such a society, one of the basic conditions for its progress and for the development of every man. Subject to paragraph 2 of Article 10 (art. 10-2), it is applicable not only to “information” or “ideas” that are favourably received or regarded as inoffensive or as a matter of indifference, but also to those that offend, shock or disturb the State or any sector of the population. Such are the demands of that pluralism, tolerance and broadmindedness without which there is no “democratic society”. This means, amongst other things, that every “formality”, “condition”, “restriction” or “penalty” imposed in this sphere must be proportionate to the legitimate aim pursued. (Emphasis supplied)"

 This is a plagiarism because it is obvious that the sources are combined to create a new passage, and there are some parts being paraphrased. If sources are to be properly credited, it must be mentioned in the text or in the footnote.The excuse of not having a software program that could detect plagiarism is not a forgivable justification.They don’t have an excuse for not having a plagiarism detector because until now, even students are still taught how to cite manually. If this was all true, plagiarism is still present whether Del Castillo forgot or his legal researcher accidentally deleted the citations. It does not matter whether the person did it purposely or intentionally. Thing is, the person did it and he or she is liable for it.

FAKE NEWS: The Magical Death of Rowan Atkinson a.k.a. Mr. Bean

   The information are overflowing, We should critically analyze things for us to be literate. Not all of the information in the internet, not all of the trends are good or fact. Also each and every person should be careful in creating information especially if it is a negative thing. One example of it is the death of Mr. Bean.

  We search information about the death of Rowan Atkinson, and I myself also shocked because this news was not just a simple news. Mr. Bean is a famous celebrity and what makes it shocking is it was used by some of people to hack and put viruses on others property.

 This is why we need to be careful in making a information because there are people who's being affected and its a big effect on a life of a person that it spread that this person is dead.

 As the research goes by we critically analyze the problem and have the truth were the fake news starts.

 One of the sources we have is the ABS-CBN that stated "Atkinson is just the latest celebrity to have been the victims of internet hoax".

 One of the reason why this fake news easily spread because the one who make the information used a very credible sources such as FOX NEWS that everyone believes that says facts.

 As we analyze the information and stored it we found a video that this was the used thumbnail.

 As the fake news is spread out, some of the people are continuing to prove that the information is a fake.

 ABSURD, Because it is really inappropriate, the news claimed was Mr. Bean is dead however it is not true as what it prove,

 As the proof, we put credible sources like Daily Star News. it was stated that it is a scam the the scammers will try to access your software.

This is the fake news that has been wide spread on social media.

This is the video that when pressed, the virus starts. It is actually a scam

Things are limited, we should critically think and research if the news/information is actually fact or credible. We also need to secure our files because some of the virus can actually go to software even theres a antivirus.

This is where the fake news spread in social media, just in social media . This proves that not everything posted on social media is credible or legitimate so we need to clarify things.

At first glance you will actually think of it because its really confusing and it is stated that he is 58years old. One of the things that can be seen taht is very obvious if the information is correct. If there's a grammar error or something is wrong its probably fake just like some of the china product. Theres a another mistake on the video because it is stated that he is 58 years old but in reality he is 62.

This is what legit, Mr. Bean will be releasing the 3rd installment on Johnny English that is one of his successful movie.

At this point for the fake news to be stopped, we create and communicate the new knowledge, the results of the research that we have done.

Not all the time things is accordance to you.
